Responsible for new business development while managing a client portfolio with average balances deposits from start up to $ 100 million while supervising sales support team. Day to day focus is on transactions where expertise is required to interpret against polices, guidelines or processes. Responsibilities are to provide sales and service excellence to clients and prospective clients. Build strong client relationships and assist the resident manager with managerial duties as required.
Incumbent is also responsible for selling cash management related products to new clients. Also exceeds target goals on a consistent basis, works daily to bring in new business while retaining existing business for the bank. Role is balanced between day–to–day high level cross selling existing clients, supporting the offices new business development efforts while directly maintaining high levels of client support and supervising a sales support team (33% Sales, 33% Client support, 33% Management)
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of business development/ client support experience in banking / Management
