    As a member of a Commercial Banking Team, the Commercial Loan Administrator II is responsible for providing administrative and client service support to the Loan Officers and Team Leader in support of their respective roles and responsibilities.  The CLA II will also perform other tasks/projects as requested, and provide assistance as needed to other teams. 




    • Provide assistance to lenders in all aspects of Portfolio Management/Credit Quality and New Business Development. 
    • Must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
    • Assisting with the tracking/collection of client information and monitoring delinquencies
    • Tracking and updating insurance coverage on loans
    • Insuring the accuracy and completeness of loan set-up/renewal information on the loan system
    • Tracking covenants, policy and loan document exceptions.
    • Handling routine inquiries and client service issues promptly
    • Providing phone coverage and taking messages.
    • Provide clerical and technical support for the lenders and team leader.
    • Basic duties (word processing, filing, copying and appointment management)
    • Set up and maintenance of client credit and legal files.
    • Provide key technical support through: the preparation of credit applications, portfolio and pipeline reports, and marketing presentations.
    • Responsible for keeping all SCOPE exceptions and covenants current for the CRE lenders (NE). This includes working closely with each LO and their CLA to resolve issues.
    • Keep CRE watch list current.
    • Assist T/C with periodic reporting to CRE team
    • Help monitor participation loans (ont) to ensure fiduciary reporting response as lead bank are being met.
    • Assist Environmental Officer with general administration and tracking duties.
    • Central Salesforce resource for CRE team. Need to develop strong skills for Salesforce.
    • Other duties as required.



    • Prior work experience; experience within a commercial bank environment is preferred
    • Associates Degree and/or graduate of a professional secretary or administrative assistant school preferred. 
    • CLA should have a familiarity with basic loan documents. 
    • Computer proficiency and comfortable using technology. 
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • The CLA must conduct them self in a professional and business-like manner.
    • Must demonstrate attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
    • Proficient in multi-tasking in a team oriented environment focused on the highest standards of client service. 
    • Professional in manner and appearance.
    • Knowledge if SCOPE, Salesforce, and FISERVE preferred.
